30-day returns

You can return your kitchen towel within 30 days after delivery for any reason. The towel should be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your towel arrives damaged, defective or with a print error, email contact@funnytowel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund — you do not need to send the item back.

How to return

1. Email contact@funnytowel.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the towel and send it back with any carrier.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items. Returns go to: 88 San Marco Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32084, United States.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we check it and email you. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. The original $4.95 shipping fee is refunded for damaged, defective or misprinted items.

Exchanges

Want a different design instead? Email us — we will arrange the return and you can place a new order.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it goes into production. Email contact@funnytowel.com with your order number; cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method.
