A closer look at the print

Hand-drawn sketches of various pasta forms are scattered across the white fabric, each rendered with simple black outlines and tan coloring to mimic dried dough. The central area features a bundle of long, thin spaghetti strands positioned directly above the word "Spaghetti" written in a loose, lowercase script. To the right, a twisted fusilli shape sits near the top edge, while a large, folded garganelli occupies the lower middle section with its name clearly printed beneath. Other visible shapes include tubular rigatoni, cup-shaped orchiette, and flat fettuccine strips, all arranged in a playful, non-linear pattern. The lettering style resembles quick handwriting, adding a personal, artisanal touch to the technical accuracy of the illustrations. This combination of visual representation and text creates a cohesive guide to Italian pasta anatomy that functions as both art and reference.
