Hen and Daisy Kitchen Towel features four farm hens

Hen and Daisy Kitchen Towel shows four colorful hens perched on a wooden fence surrounded by daisies, and the printed line 'live like someone left the gate open' celebrates a carefree rural spirit. Wiping your hands on this towel brings a touch of farmyard charm to daily chores, and chicken keepers who love rustic decor will feel this was made for their kitchen.

A closer look at the print

Four realistic hens sit side-by-side on a textured wooden rail, displaying feathers in rich shades of golden brown, pure white, and deep black. Each bird has a bright red comb and wattle, facing forward with an alert expression. Below the fence, clusters of white daisies with yellow centers grow naturally, adding softness to the rough wood grain. The phrase live like someone left the gate open appears above the birds in mixed typography, with the words live and open rendered in a flowing copper-brown script while the connecting words use a simple black serif font. This composition captures the essence of backyard poultry keeping, blending detailed animal portraiture with a motivational message about freedom and simplicity. The arrangement suggests a quiet moment in a garden where the only priority is watching the flock enjoy the outdoors.
