The design piece by piece

A young Highland calf with thick, wavy fur takes center stage, its pink nose and wide eyes looking directly forward with an excited, open-mouthed grin. Small curved horns poke through the messy bangs above its forehead, and a yellow identification tag hangs from its right ear. The animal stands waist-deep in a meadow filled with tall green grass and scattered white daisies featuring bright yellow centers. Above the floral foreground, a clear blue sky stretches across the top of the print, suggesting a warm summer day in the pasture. The painting style uses soft brushstrokes to give the fur texture and depth, making the calf appear lively and engaging rather than static. This composition blends realistic animal portraiture with a whimsical, storybook quality that feels both grounded and fantastical.
