How the design is put together

A delicate watercolor illustration depicts a narrow, two-story house with a terracotta tiled roof and blue-framed windows sitting behind a rustic wooden picket fence. A bicycle leans against the fence near small pink flowers, adding a cozy, lived-in detail to the scene. Bold, hand-lettered typography dominates the lower half with the words "NEW PAD NEW PLACE TO SHAG" stacked vertically. A much smaller line at the bottom acts as a disclaimer, reading "I MEAN CONGRATS ON THE NEW HOME!" The combination of soft artistic details and sharp, mischievous lettering creates a balanced visual that is both cute and funny.
