The print at a glance

The artwork features a watercolor-style illustration of a brown, curly-haired dog sitting upright next to a silver kitchen range. The dog wears a tall, white chef toque, giving it the appearance of a professional cook. To the left of the dog, the oven door is open to reveal a golden-brown loaf of bread or casserole baking on the rack. Two silver pots sit on the stovetop burners, suggesting active meal preparation. Above these elements, the phrase Welcome to Mimi's Kitchen appears in a casual, black handwritten font. The combination of the specific name and the anthropomorphized pet creates a cozy narrative about a grandmother’s domestic life where her dog is an integral part of the culinary process.
