How the design is put together

Three distinct felines are arranged along a single horizontal black line that cuts across the lower section of the white fabric. An orange tabby hangs upside down from the center, while a calico and a gray striped cat cling to the underside below, displaying their sharp claws and wide eyes. The drawing style uses loose, sketchy outlines that give the animals a wobbly, energetic appearance typical of quick pen illustrations. This visual represents the universal cat hobby of scaling vertical surfaces and testing the stability of household objects. The composition turns a common domestic annoyance into a charming piece of textile art.
