The design piece by piece

The artwork presents a curated collection of fourteen different tit species arranged in a loose grid against a plain background. Each bird is rendered in realistic detail, showcasing specific plumage colors like the bright yellow of the elegant tit or the distinctive black cap of the willow tit. Beneath every illustration sits a small label identifying the species, ranging from the fire-capped and (coal) tit to the tufted and white-naped varieties. The title 'tits of the WORLD' appears at the top in a bold, sans-serif font, with 'tits' in teal and the rest in orange. This layout mimics a scientific field guide or educational poster, turning a biological family tree into a witty visual gag. The combination of precise avian art and clever wordplay creates a unique aesthetic that honors the hobby of birding while maintaining a lighthearted tone.

Everyday moments

You might grab this towel after washing dishes when your partner points out the difference between the bearded and crested tits. A Bird Watcher Kitchen Towel turns mundane chores into opportunities for trivia and shared laughter. It fits perfectly on a hook in a bathroom or kitchen where nature prints are already displayed. This makes it a wonderful gift for anyone who keeps a bird list or enjoys learning about local wildlife.
